Copyright & DMCA Notice (Toyz For All)

Last updated: 01 January 2026

Toyz For All (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of toyzforall.co.uk (the “Website”) to do the same.

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion:

  1. remove or disable access to material we believe may infringe copyright, and

  2. suspend or terminate access for repeat infringers.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. Any capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1) How to Report Copyright Infringement (DMCA/Notice)

If you believe that content available on or through the Website infringes your copyright (or the copyright of someone you are authorised to act for), please send a written notice to our Designated Agent with the following:

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic) as the copyright owner or authorised representative.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the exact URL(s) and enough detail for us to locate it.

  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email if available).

  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Once we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the party who posted it.

2) Counter-Notice (If You Believe Content Was Removed by Mistake)

If you believe the material removed or disabled is not infringing (or you have permission to use it), you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent containing:

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic).

  2. Identification of the material removed/disabled and the location (URL) where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email (if available).

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or, if you are outside the UK, that you consent to jurisdiction where applicable), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant. Unless the original complainant files legal action, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days (or longer where reasonable).
