Return & Refund Policy (Toyz For All)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


1) Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • unused and unworn,

  • with any tags (if applicable), and

  • in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


2) How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at: contact@toyzforall.co.uk

If your return is accepted, we will send you:

  • return instructions, and

  • details on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


3) Return Shipping Costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless we state otherwise).

  • Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: if your claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping or provide an alternative solution (such as a replacement) where appropriate.


4) Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5) Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including (where applicable):

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),

  • custom/personalised products (special orders),

  • personal care goods (such as beauty products),

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • sale items, or

  • gift cards.

If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before returning it.


6) Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. return the item you have, and

  2. once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


7) Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved:

  • you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

  • please allow time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund (processing times vary).

Note: Original shipping fees (if any were paid) are not refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty/incorrect item) or required by law.
